Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find all information about how we process and deliver orders for physical art prints and digital downloads.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Art Prints: Each print is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

  • Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly by email and/or direct download link after purchase. No shipping is required.

During busy seasons (holidays, sales), production or delivery may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and local postal services.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only—shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and size of the print
  • Carrier pricing

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.


4. Order Tracking

Once your art print ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking may not be available in some regions depending on the carrier.

Digital download emails include access links but do not include tracking since no physical shipment is required.


5. Packaging

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition:

  • Smaller prints may ship in rigid mailers.
  • Larger prints ship in sturdy postal tubes or reinforced flat packaging.
  • All prints are protected with archival sleeves or tissue to prevent damage.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by region.

We cannot predict or control these fees.


7. Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@shecreatedalifesheloved.com and we will assist.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please allow reasonable time for investigation.


8. Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to correct your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


9. Digital Download Access Problems

If you don’t receive your digital file, please check:

  • Your email spam/junk folder
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your Shopify download link

If you still have issues, email us and we’ll resend your files promptly.


10. Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost.
