She Created A Life She Loved is operated by 1967 STUDIO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch and deliver physical art prints and digital downloads purchased through our website.

1. Order Processing Times

Physical Art Prints

Every print is professionally made to order to help reduce waste and ensure the highest possible quality.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email and/or via a download link immediately after purchase. No shipping is required.

Please note that during busy periods, including holidays and promotional events, production times may occasionally be slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your artwork has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your local postal service or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment is taken.

Rates are based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package size
  • Shipping carrier

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly advertised.

4. Order Tracking

Once your physical artwork has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please note that tracking may not be available in every country or for every delivery service.

Digital downloads do not require shipping and therefore do not include tracking information.

5. Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Depending on the size of your artwork, your print may be shipped in:

  • Rigid protective mailers
  • Reinforced flat packaging
  • Heavy-duty postal tubes

Where appropriate, prints are also protected with archival sleeves or tissue paper to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these fees, as they vary between countries.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at info@shecreatedalifesheloved.com.

We'll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Please allow reasonable time for the carrier to complete their investigation where necessary.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot replace or refund orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update your details before production begins.

9. Digital Download Access

If you don't receive your digital files, please first check:

  • Your spam or junk email folder
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your download link provided by Shopify

If you're still unable to access your files, simply email info@shecreatedalifesheloved.com and we'll be happy to resend them.

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
