Returns & Exchanges

Because our art prints are made to order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we will always replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at info@shecreatedalifesheloved.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or misprint

We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if preferred.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. Because our prints go into production quickly, cancellations requested after this window may not be possible.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
