She Created A Life She Loved is operated by 1967 STUDIO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.

As each physical art print is professionally made to order, our return policy differs slightly from businesses selling mass-produced products. Please read the information below before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because every physical art print is made to order especially for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected
Incorrect colour choice
Orders placed in error

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will always work with you to put things right.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

Once we've reviewed the information, we'll arrange either a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

As our artwork moves into production quickly, we may be unable to cancel orders requested after this time.

If you're unsure whether your order has entered production, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly:

Digital downloads
Personalised or custom artwork
Gift cards

5. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because access is provided instantly, they are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical fault preventing access or the file is defective.

If you experience any problems downloading your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several working days to appear in your account.

7. Shipping Issues

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at info@shecreatedalifesheloved.com.

We'll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
